Athletes Quest

Joe Lopez is a student at Cal State University of Fullerton. He is pursuing a major in Kinesiology with a focus area on Sports Studies. His studies deal with all aspects of Kinesiology (biomechanics, nutrition, pedagogy, sports performance/enhancement, physiology, psychology, etc.) He has also coached high school football for six years, four at Sonora High School, and two years at Los Amigos High School. There Joe coached positioned coached line backers and offensive line but is also knowledgeable of all positions on the field on both sides of the ball. Coach Lopez took the 08 -09 years off of coaching to focus on school, he will graduate in the spring of 2009 with a BS in Kinesiology. He plans on becoming a Physical Education/ Health Science teacher while still coaching at Athletes Quest. Once he graduates he will then go back to school and enroll in a credential program so that he may begin teaching.  Joe started helping out with Athlete's Quest in the summer of 2008 and will continue to do so as long as possible. Joe is a bright individual and is a quick study about what it takes to get athletes to operate at optimal performance.
